  • Priorities are established by departments based on the client's customer base

  • Available space is assessed to achieve desired goals

  • A rough draft is proposed and reviewed in detail

  • Topics regarding construction are addressed: fixtures, base cabinets, countertops, electric, communications, plumbing, ventilation, ceiling type, floor covering and color schemes

​

  • Preliminary plans are revised, meetings with all relevant service providers are held and a price quote is prepared

​

  • Plans finalized , target date is set for completion, and materials ordered.
